My item was damaged/defective on arrival

If you receive your item and it is damaged or defective please use the form on the opposite side of your invoice, alternatively if we did not include a paper invoice you can also download our Returns Form. Please describe the damage on the returns form and refer to the How do I return an item section. When we receive the item back we will inspect the goods and send you out a replacement, if we no longer have stock we will offer you a refund.


I would like to swap my item for a different size

If you would like to exchange your current item for a different size or colour, please fill out the returns form and clearly state what size or colour you'd rather have and send the item back to us. Providing stock allows, we will send out your new item once we receive your current one back.


I received the wrong size/item

Occasionally mistakes can happen and if we send the wrong item or size to you then please contact us directly either by phone 0161 336 2595 or by email sales@estcasuals.co.uk and we will happily sort the issue out for you as quickly as possible.


How do I return an item

If you to return your item back to us either contact us directly or fill out the returns form to help hurry this process along. Ensure you include all of the original packaging and tags then securely seal the item in a PVC mail bag similarly to how we sent it to you in the first place (you can reuse the one we used if you still have it) alternatively you can use a small box with some padding inside to ensure the item survives the mailing process.

With the item wrapped please take the parcel to your local Post Office and have the item sent back to our returns address listed below. Please ensure you obtain proof of delivery from the Post Office and ideally send the item using a tracked service.

We also offer a prepaid returns label for easier returns, it is a downloadable product and you will need a printer. Simply stick the label to the outside of your parcel and take it to your local Post Office.

Where do I find the returns form

The returns form can be downloaded from the following link. You simply need to download and print this returns form, fill it out and include it in your return.

If you do not have any method of printing the returns form then you can simply write down the necessary information onto a plain piece of paper and include that in your return instead.

If you are having any problems downloading, opening or printing the returns form then you can contact us and we will be able to send the file in an alternative format or provide additional help.


How long until I get a refund

Once we receive your item back we will closely inspect the item and inspect for any damage, if the item fits with out returns policy then we will issue your refund straight away.

If there are any problems and we need to contact you we will either ring or email you using the details you gave us when placing your order, if you would rather us contact you via other means please state so on the returns form.


What is your returns policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for what ever reason then you can send the item back for a refund. You may return any purchase within 30 days from the original order date, if you miss this time period then we cannot guarantee that a refund will or can be offered.

Yes! Items purchased and dispatched between 1st November to 31st December can be returned any time before midnight on 31st January.
